In WHAT world is Diamond a star? You mean the same way in which Willow Smith was a star for like 4 months and then her career was already over?
She's at the age where she's too young to do anything major and doesn't have a lot of potential. All of y'all bitching wouldn't even take one look at her if she was to release a single anyway.
