Sis. I don't think you understand. It's all one cohesive album project.
Just because she said she's separating the commercial tracks with the experimental ones does not mean that it's not cohesive either.
You can't really say much regarding the format of the album as we don't really have all the facts. Don't overreact.
As far as the idea of this album project: I think it's brilliant.
With the app keeping the fans interacted with the artist, it strengthens the bond between the artist and the fan. Furthermore, by releasing the two volumes, it keeps the interest on her for longer as some artists tend to lose hype after the album is released. With the fact that she's going to release another album within 6 months after the release of the first, it only markets Gaga as an artist more effectively. And lastly, it is an attempt to combat the low album sales and the piracy that has trumped the music industry today. Lady Gaga is and has
always found a way to tread past curtailments and economic challenges within the industry.
Brilliant. Interscope and Gaga are going to definitely profit from this era. It's going to be her most successful yet (or, I should say that it's shaping up to be her most successful yet).
