I don't know. The producers are Sam Raimi (the creator of the whole series) and Bruce Campbell (the star of all the films, except this one). They will make sure this will be a good movie. So far, judging by the trailer, so good though.
The ending shocked/pissed a lot of people off. It's considered one of the most shocking endings. And damn at wanting to assault Thomas Jane for his lack of acting skills in the moment!
but I haven't seen the second one yet, is it better then the first one?
