Apparently you just sit in an office, quietly do your work, and no one really talks to each other, and you don't get more responsibilities as it goes on. Co-ops/internships at my school are supposed to really be about networking and learning, not just doing work for the sake of work.

I've been having some trouble with depression this semester anyways, and I just feel like a job like that while I'm not even living near any of my friends would just be too much.

oh yes, in terms of keeping your sanity then I can see why you wouldn't take a job like that.

but the description doesn't sound that bad, I hear a lot of internships are just about getting coffees & whatnot, but in the end they still get your foot in the door & help make your resume look better to future clients.

Yeah, it's far from a bad opportunity, but there are better ones available with a lot more networking opportunities, which is crazy helpful when I'm trying to get a real job in da industry.

Plus, I have another co-op cycle left after this one, so the option is still there if I want it.
