Y'all are forgetting Interscope are handling Scream and Shout. They know it's finally a chance to give will.i.am a solo hit somewhere outside the UK thanks to the power of Britney. I see them using X-Factor to full effect, something RCA wouldn't be capable of doing if they were handling the single. The video debuting on US X-Factor, performing on X-Factor with Britney, will.i.am even performing the song without Britney on the UK version, etc...

I see it peaking top 10 in US at least and #1 in UK since Interscope know how to time UK releases perfectly!

That is true. But it still depends on how good the song is. Just because he has Britney on his song doesnt mean its a sure fire hit. I mean lets face it, not every song is a gem and she is not an exception to that.

I'm pretty sure the video will debut on the XFactor. I don't think we are getting any performances though.

I think it will chart higher in the UK than the US because of Will. In the US i doubt it will hit top 10, its not a Britney track, she only has a small part in the song according to breathe-heavy.

She's in contract to perform on the show though. will.i.am delaying the song until the live shows, will.i.am being Britney's guest judge, being her only new release this year, etc... If she's to perform, it will be Scream and Shout!
