Jonathan Dickens her manager stated after the Grammys,I believe in the Rolling Stone magazine that she has something like a carte blanche.
In beginning of 2011 the german newspaper der Spiegel who made a large interview with her, stated the same that she has absolute artistic freedom. She can choose manager, producers or reps, the label is obligated to try to get them. Certainly like always, the master tapes belongs to the label.
