It's possible, they did the same thing with C U Next Tuesday as well and V.I.P. Some countries got those track while the others didn't.
I think it was the Japan deluxe version of Animal that got V.I.P I believe and my C U Next Tuesday.

They wouldn't do that. By the interviews, it's led us to this conclusion: "There is 1 bonus track, We're 99% sure it's YCMH"

We can't be 100% sure, but you can be 99% and I am 99%, (don't get mad if I'm wrong), but everything she's said like "Aussies are the coolest" and "I narrowed it to 17 tracks" and "YCMH is going to be on the album" leaves me to believe that we're getting a bonus track (maybe for AUS  ) And that it's YCMH. 
That's good because then we get slayed with YCMH the same day we get slayed by WARRIOR.

Many demos are very good: Feels like rain, Goodbye, I'm The One,... but they seems to never be released

Well, It's that or Ke$ha lied, and The Rolling Stones Magazine lied about the interview (which I highly doubt) and MTV filled in the number with a 17 for no reason.

This is true. Her demos are amazing. I've never seen an artist with so many demos/unreleased songs before K$.
That's why Animal was such a great era because not only did we have the actual music from Animal, we had a sh*t load of demos/unreleased songs to jam too as well.

Or they could've scrapped YCMH at the last minute and that was the 17th track that was supposed to be released hopefully not this.
