I came across a tweet from Kevin Williamson that implied that he is still interested in the Scream franchise, and that nobody actually wants the script, which sounds like the biggest bunch of ******** I've ever heard. To be quite ****ing honest, Kevin needs to write an awesome script and approach a production company. The Weinsteins are obviously not going to put a cent towards it at this moment in time. Maybe another company can provide a bigger budget for effects and casting. They really need to draw a crowd in that aren't seasoned Scream fans. I want more action, CAR CRASHES AND ****ING HOUSES BEING BLOWN THE **** UP.
I also need for Dewey to be cut up and replaced by Kirby. They don't even have to focus on the original trinity, maybe murders are happening at a college or something around a completely new character, and the police approach Sid, Gale and Dewey to help investigate them, as they have already experienced it 4 times. I can picture Sidney coming face to face with Ghostface and he tells her that "this isn't about you anymore, stay out of my ****ing way" or something along those lines. I NEED SCREAM 5 SO BAD!!!!!
GIVE ME EMMA STONE IN A LEAD ROLE!!!!!!! I need a future for this franchise. I need news soon, I won't settle for a ****** MTV series (here for it tbh)

Well, I don't see why he would want to reboot Scream 6 when Scream 5 hasn't even been made.
My guess is that he has a Scream 5 script waiting to be filmed, but the Weinsteins said that his concept/script for Scream 6 sucked, and that they wouldn't make any more unless he changed it. This tweet almost guarantees us that we will be getting Scream 5

Oh, yeah, and Atrocious. It's another "found footage" horror movie.
You know what... The Innkeepers is probably in my top 10 favourite horror films but it isn't scary one bit... there isn't even any blood shed untill over an hour into the film... It's a lot of story and not much gore but for some reason I just love it... the characters are well thought out, the acting is really good.... you should really give it a go
