There is nothing good or notable about this number of units for any type of movie. She opened at #9 on the DVD chart and #7 on the Blu-Ray chart even though it's easier to open higher on the video market than it is at the box office (where she opened #8 in the US).
For further context, POM is at least in the Top 100 grossing films for the year in the US (#76 right now, though that'll get pushed down with new releases from the next three months) whereas this will be hard-pressed to make the Top 100 selling titles on DVD/Blu-Ray for 2012.
These figures are not comparable to album sales, and people need to be aware of that for context. Even Beverly Hills Chihuahua 3 sold more on DVD/Blu-Ray this week. To open at #9 and #7 on the respective charts is... not good.
