Go to GIF Request thread! They make avis there and they take maybe a day or two. Just post a link to the video and the time frame that you want to be made a GIF and specify that you want it as an avi size gif!
Seems like Britney is the only artist that doesn't need Radio deal to debut so high. I mean Taylor Swift, Rihanna and even Adele needs that radio deal.
