We don't know. We do know that the highest rated album in the past decade was 21. It also predicted Norah Jones success which got her signed. 2 songs off of ARTPOP scored higher than Bad Romance.

you guys think they delayed Partynauseus due to the backlash, lessen her vocals on the track and then renamed it so the Gaga track on his album would be forgotten
