This is about a balance between their flop or smash singles + flop or smash albums. |
But again, sales are not factored into this. The spot at which balance occurs is skewed here to #19 due to the selective nature of the artist choices; 2.00 is perfect balance, but at which point 2.00 occurs is changed by which artists you include and which artists you exclude.
