I don't think any of these positions are bad tbh.
It's not a bad thing to have multiple number one singles from one album.

2) Longevity Singles since 2003 / Longevity Albums WW since 2003 = 4168 / 1874 = 2.22
Total: 2 + 2.22 = 4.22

I agree. It's arbitrary; it depends on what you think is worse
I think today, artists gain popularity over how popular their singles are rather than albums. It wasnt like that in early 2000s
