Thanks I'm pretty sure you can request it even if it's outside of your country though go to U.S.A request and check Die young enter the code and put some random letters in name and email click submit. the page should then say "Thank you for your request"

Each week she needs to be in a different country, promoting the **** out of this song. Then two weeks before release the second single WITH A BANNER everywhere in the world.
