I hope that the DELUXE edition gets a physical release but I actually doubt it! It kinda seems to me like HWR don't really cares for this album tbh!
Did they start the promo in the US yet? If so, I hope they'll promote her more the next weeks/month. They promoted Breakthrough and the Lemonade Mouth ST more as of now. While Canada and NZ actually shows pretty good that it could be a hit. (Unlike other debuts like Falling Down, or Get Back - No shade)

2. Hurricane (Radio Disney & Disney Channel would eat this up, close to the holiday's, sales won't be a problem)
