It's not anyone's business but if he's going to make rude comments on people and telling them to focus on their school work when he can't even do it himself without getting banned, I think it's pretty fair game for others to say something about it.

Seems like we hit a soft spot. You're the one that went on a rant about the definition of willpower in the first place, it's not that serious. If requesting a ban helps you do better in school, more power to you. I understand some people get distracted very easily.
