I understand the reasons for flamebait, but when we are simply addressing our faves we should not have to get warned.

I have like 6 WP now simply for giving my artist a nickname.

According to the rules, as long as you don't "mangle the name." So, "Marry The Smash,"
"Run The Charts," and "Born To Slay," would technically be fine. "Godiness" and
"Christinal" have the potential for being warned since they are "mangled
names." What are those two song titles supposed to be, anyway?

No. This has happened to me several times before. Members taking my old avis without asking or being bold enough to take it while I'm still using it. I suggested to a mod that they issue a WP when members do that but nothing ever came of it.

A mod did make a member remove my avi, though.
