A record label can only do so much. They will be conservative as they will not have recouped their investment on her last album from the 10+/- royolaties she gets from sales.
An artist has to pay back most of the cost of an album out of their royalities. It's called recouping.
It will be quite bad if she has two unrecoupable ablums in a row.

Just started college this year, have moved out of my parents house.
Basically all I have time to do is make sure I haven't missed a song release.
