I know all this being the stan.
But
Femme Fatale definitely merits the title more generally with biggest radio hits, more notable singles ("TTWE" will outlive "Womanizer"/"Circus" as the years go), etc. At least that's my personal belief. But in sales,
Circus wins that by default, yes.
