I'm so happy Demi got the 17-24 category My question is, why would they give it to her and not Brtiney? Unless the under 16 category is really good and has a strong chance of winning I don't see why they'd give it to Britney ans not Demi!
I'm really happy with how x factor's treating her. At the beginning I felt like they were really doing demetria wrong with her paychecks and her initial really short appearances in the promos but they're totally supporting her now. Understandably Britney should get most of the better treatment since she's a legend but I'm really happy how they gave Demetria her own promo, the best group.
I think this has to do with the success she's been having and the x factor producers see that she's in the limelight a lot more and realizing she will pull more viewers in now than she would have back in April.

I don't think they wanted to do what was expected. They want an element of surprise.
