I know what you mean, tho. I want to show mine off, but if I wear size 28 the pant legs become too tight. That's why I wear size 34, so my hips and ass keep the pants/shorts up. They're loose but not too loose, and I get to show off a little. I'm tall, thin, and I have long legs with a short torso. It's hard for me to find something that's just right. You just have to experiment.
