She quit smoking at the end of August 2010. That was almost 2 months before she announced her pregnancy, and there were rumors. She just hadn't been seen with a cigarette and as fans we got suspicious. She hasn't been seen smoking since. She said in an interview recently on some radio show that she has gained an octave and has better control. She also confirmed she is smoke free.
The snippet for "True Love" is great. In fact, some of the songs sound a lot different to what I expected from her.

Finally someone else not impressed with it. I wouldnt say it's awful but there's certainly nothing about it that's catchy or interesting. Hopefully it sounds better in full.

You have to listen to it in full. Close your eyes and listen to the lyrics very closely. Try to inhale her "softness", her "weakness" in this song and the "tenderness" of her voice. I'm sure you will change your mind at least a tiny bit.
