She doesn't have the raw talent, songwriting ability, star power, or personality that he had. She just isn't a massive worldwide star who gets people emotionally involved like he did. She's too self-centered and vain about her career. Even her recent song for WHD is a song about how much she loves herself and wants everyone to love her. I like her voice, but most of her songs are dumb and shallow.

You just said that she doesn't write her own songs, and then used a song written by someone else as an example of why she's vain. Also did you even see the I Was Here World Humanitarian Day video? There was nothing in it that is vain. If you mentioned the Roseland video which shows personal clips I could understand what you're saying, but the WHD video is clearly about celebrating Humanitarians.

Okay. If you think her biggest hit being Crazy in Love is a bad thing (I'd say she's had bigger though), that she's never done anything influential besides Single Ladies, and is nothing without her father then okay. You can think that but it won't change it from not being true. Just because she has had 1 album not perform up to her previous standards does not mean she is nothing without him. Why are we always so crazy about hits anyways. It should be about the music and if we have a preference that's fine, but discrediting someone because they didn't sell music catered to the masses is a bit much.
