The shady ones are definitely worse. They're also far more likely to be reported, which is what brings them to a mod's attention in the first place.

No . I was laughing at the fact that people were laughing that batteslhip went #1, Rihanna is one of my fave !! Who are YOU or any of the mods telling me what I'm laughing about. It doesn't matter why or when I posted that smiley, the fact is there are 1000ND of other post like mine out there and they remain unreported !! That's my whole issue with this mess. And the fact that Kworb just says (like it's no problem at all) that some mods report them and some mods don't. What kind of answer is that ?!

Oh trust me. I dislike this system too. I think a lot of mods are biased  .
I still think Pointless warning points are credible, under certain conditions. But you'll learn to get over it, bans are actually a blessing in disguise.

I'm not saying it's kworb fault at all. I'm just saying that the system is ****ed up. How can it be that one mod warns that but another mod doesn't ?!! Don't the mods have rules as well ?! The system isn't organized at all. They need to work as a unite not like they are workers at a super market and doing there own way.
I'm just saying it isn't right that some posters get warned and some don't. That's all.

I do as well to be honest, but when I'm warned for things I didn't do, I'm pissed. It wasn't any intention of me being shady, if that's the mods interpretation of that smiley that's not my fault. I don't see that smiley shady at alll !! And for the loving God, the fact that I'm a Rihanna fan as well 
ETA: Go to the Kelly Clarkson base and ask why some of them hate me. I'm one of the biggest Kelly Clarkson stan but I laughhhhhhhhhh when people shade the **** out of her. That's just who I am !!!

The warnings describe the type of posts that we don't want to see, in a clear and concise manner. Each mod has their own way of deciding whether one of these warnings applies to a certain post. By nature this is a subjective process, which is what it should be. We are not going to make a policy that says "smiley-only posts are not allowed", because in certain contexts it is perfectly fine.

But then again Kworb, Monkey see Monkey do. If I see 1000nd of smiley-only posts out there UNWARNED I'm automatically going to conclude that it's fine (and legal) !!!
I'm only aware that you can't do gif-only post like these:
Go look trough all my post and you will see that I've never posted a post like that !!! But there are 1000nd of standard smiley-only posts out there.

But a warning is just that, a warning. It makes you aware that you should not post like that in the future. Whether you see other people do it is irrelevant.
And if those posts go unwarned, it's simply because they were not reported. Mods rarely read entire threads looking for stuff to warn. I'd say at least 80% of the warnings are the result of a report.
