6 - 3 successful stores open
5 - 2 successful stores open
4 - 1 successful store
3 - No Profit
2 - The second highest bidder gets a store at half what you paid and also rolls the dice.
1 - You lose the amount you paid.

There's debt. You break into other countries. The food you serve could help you with that. Law suit rounds example lawsuit, hot coffee spilled lawsuit flip coin to see how much you lose, one amount being more severe. There would also be frivolous law suit and ones the player can make money for counter suing for defamation, like a fake finger in chili thing. Also could attempt to bribe the judge. That's the main idea basically.
