Well I had died my hair blonde like a month ago and about a week ago I died it back to black (my natural color). I decided to bring it back to natural because it just felt really dry and dull, and if it was going to go through hell and back, I'd rather it be my natural color when school starts. So anyways, with my extensions in it goes just past my boobs, and my question is: does anybody know of some good conditioners that I could use that would help bring back some life to it? Money doesn't matter to me, it's just my hairdresser told me to stop messing around with my hair or it would die and I'm too scared to tell her. Or will I just have to let it naturally grow longer and continually get it cut? Thank you!

I do 45 min of pilates and I do one hour of running everyday.
I don't use any kind of bread or pasta.I just drink water ( no soda or something like that) like 3 litres a day.Basically I just eat vegatables and fruits. But I try to eat more vegatables than fruits because fruits contain a lot of sugar.The only meat I eat is chicken breast and I don't drink alcohol. That's it. the first week was pretty hard but now my entire point of view redarding eating has completly changed and the results are fantastic.
