And I'm very glad for that!
It makes me wonder though - what could the BTW era have been like? "Government Hooker", "Heavy Metal Lover", and "Bloody Mary" (as a few examples) are strong tracks in a vein that seems to develop from the TFM era, but the era had been a very radical change for Gaga until the FAME campaign. From the music of three of the singles to the videos to the outfits, it all felt like a sudden shift to a completely different side of Gaga, whereas had she begun a post-TFM era with something like the FAME campaign (well, what we've seen of it) it would have been a totally logical evolution of her image.

I've always felt part of btw was tfm pt. 2. Imagine if she had at the end of 2010(when btw was originally gonna release) she did tfm pt. 2: 1.mtn
2. GH
3. judas
4. americano
5. scheisse
6. bm
7. hml
8. ec
Released mtn as lead, scheisse as 2nd single and maybe one more single. Closed out the era and released btw at the end of 2011 all in the vein of preachy, 80s, rock/disco influence. BTW, Hair, Y&I, and TEoG as singles. Shed prob be dragged harder on atrl for reusing the tfm theme again and 3 albums in 3 years. However she could've spaced both eras out so that both albums were more cohesive and she would've had more of a break between each era given the gp a small rest between each era. As well as had better less schizophrenic single choices/sounds.
