1. Boo, you need to learn how to read too. Special abilities were added in Gen III, not Gen V. Sheer Force itself was added in Gen V, but the first ever Special Abilities were added in Gen III.
2. We already know a legendary can easily beat a crappy Pokemon
Why can't you just accept the fact that Nidoqueen can take down Celebi? Every Pokemon has weaknesses, it's just that Celebi has MANY MANY counters. I meanm he's strong too but there are many ways to stop him.
