(New) Lightning Round Rules:
You will have 5 minutes to bid on the artist.
There will be a set maximum - if you hit the maximum, you automatically get the artist and we move on.
Not a rule, but please try not to bid if you already have 5 artists unless you really, really want the one up for bid.
