Probably not. Almost every song she's ever released was written and composed by her with no additional credits, except for rare exceptions like Liz Rose and Colbie Caillat.
The song is also very much in the vein of the themes that have pervaded her past two albums, and Taylor has always been a pop songwriter--even when her music was more country.
