No. Selena has about 3. Her lowest not is Bb2(B2?) and highest A5. That's just one note or semitone away from three whole octaves. And whistle register is irrelevant. Demi doesn't have one either.

Let's not judge a singer on range. I have a four octave range. I am not a world class singer in the least. lol
