Well the Grammy's tend to do that a lot. That's what they did with Beyonce, 4 was her most critically acclaimed album, but yet they snubbed her badly. If he gets snubbed I'm going to be so pissed.

I think that at this point Usher and his team should focus on getting another #1 hot 100 single. He already had enough urban this era. They should work on getting the "OMG" of this era before launching the tour.
