Stupid question but... How do I use the code to buy it? I used the code, but when I want to buy it I only have the option to buy it with my credit card...

then click on "Redeem a gift card or promotion code & view balance" and type the code (If it already worked you should see the value)
then just simply click on Buy MP3 ... but you need to use a proxy.
