She sold her house in Nashville two years ago for 1.3M and had problems to do so. Somewhere was mentioned that her Texas house is actually worth 3M, but no one buys it for that price, not in that area. If it was in the NY metropolitan area, she could sell it for that price though.
Some article said she lives in Nashville in an appartment near some sort of university now but idk if that's true though.
