I mean you can still comment on her look, but it's good if your priority is somewhere else.
You know what guys, when in concerts and live appearances Demi looks like a mess, we can only hope for her to deliver great performances and vocals (and she always succeds). Here at these X Factor auditions, it's not that different, the only thing that truly matters is that Demi gets to show that she can give good criticism and that she has a fun personnality. The looks come after.
