I am a proud Directioner tbh, all my friends know I love them, I'm off to see them in concert in Feb, I have a poster and I would have bought a mug the other day if I had the money. I just haven't had the chance to pick up the physical copy yet, but I still payed for the album digitally. I just don't feel the need to shout about it to every person I meet in real life, they only get to know about my stanning once they know me. Stay pressed and seething.

Thats what stan specific Twitters are for. I follow them all now, I'm not here for people beating me up and making fun of me, so I save it from happening. I would if I could, but I can't, doesn't mean I'm any less proud, I just come from a rough part of the world, where it's not cool for a guy to like 1D. I only started liking them like 2 months ago and haven't been to HMV nor have I had the chance to, I work more than 24 hours a week and have college, I have a busy life. All your arguments are invalid

If I said here that I liked One Direction, I'd get bottled. East Kilbride is one of the roughest places, regardless of what y'all think. Someone the same age as me, who I knew, who lived about 5 minutes away was murdered for being gay, point valid ✓
How long you stan for doesn't determine how much of a better stan you are. I could be a stan for 2 years and not bought any music, that wouldn't make me a better stan than someone who has been a stan for 2 months but support them, would it? Point valid ✓
Yes, but it's 2am here, music stores aren't going to be open and during the day I have to work, then when I finish, HMV stores are closed, so I can't go to buy it, plus I don't drive so it's not in walking distance to go and get it, and the people in my family who do drive work when I don't. Point valid ✓
