At night, yes. The two killers pick one person to kill each Night.

During each Day, all the members of the wedding party can vote for a person to kill that they think is a killer. So, during Day 2, everyone will vote in the main thread for the person they think is the killer, and whoever gets the most votes is killed, even if they're innocent.
