Which is always a mistake or a move to rid of a singles version.
The only way labels can control sales like that is by repressing a song. But illegal download is at such a height that that doesn't work anymore, hence labels adapting the immediate release more often lately. Rihanna and Mariah Carey used to do it a lot I believe.
