Ch... Rihanna has Disturbia, Russian Roulette, Hard, We Found Love, Where Have You Been, Umbrella, S&M, Man Down, Only Girl, Rehab, Rude Boy, Rockstar 101... I would say she has one of the best videographies. A few others have like maybe 1 or 2 good videos and the rest are trash.

The answer is Britney Spears. Yes she had some really good videos in the beginning of her career,
but HIAM, TTWE, IWG, Criminal, Gimme More, Radar, IUSA, INAGNYAW, & DLMBTLTK, & FTBOMBH all were either bland, boring, or bad music videos. HIAM was supposed to be Video of the Century and was so hyped up with that countdown, and ended up being average for a Britney Debut video.
I will admit, some of Beyoncé's videos are kind of boring (BHG, Party, Kitty Kat, Still in Love) but for the most part, her videos are really good. (Sans Deja Vu)
