It wasn't that painful, it hurt but I live with worse so.. It was disgusting hearing all the cracking though.. And I'll have to go back in a month to do it again since pretty much everything in my back is wrong He asked me if I was aware of the pain I was living in lol

Haha, thanks guys I'll be fine later, it will take some time but I've lived with it for at least 8 years so I should be able to live with it for a couple of months more
