omg, it was just a ****ing tweet that was meant to be cute and funny. she wasn't "speaking for everyone," she was making a joke that is commonly seen on the internet, ESPECIALLY atrl. i doubt she actually thinks all the popstars got together with their management teams and threw a huge party when the news came out. she was just making a ****ing joke.

Its funny when a tweet of GaGa congratulating Adele is having a lot more attention than the news itself =))
GaGa is being as classy as she actually is and she is drawing a borderline between the 1st class and the 2nd 
If you take her tweet seriously then GaGa is telling that Adele is her only competition and all the other girls stay mad.
