I don't see a reference? People were throwing wallets at Gaga, but this poster said they would of thrown an anvil. I mean it's like saying I would of thrown a brick or an egg. That's how I take it. And that falls under stanning.
It's still just a joke. I doubt he'd be able to get an anvil into a concert to throw it at her.

Yes. When it's an actual warning, we see the "Warning Received" font in red color, and if it's a reminder it's colored yellow. Not sure if regular users see the color code as well, but it definitely shows "Warning Received" even if it was just a reminder.
