This was only the 2nd time I've met her but I know in general that it depends on the venue really! She doesn't say whether she's coming out or not, but Marina has every date this tour. Most mid-sized venues like Shepherd's Bush tend to have a fairly obvious 'stage door' bit which is where they normally come out.

The Tabernacle was a bit of an unusual case as she had to come out the same way as everyone else so we all queued around there, I think some of the other venues this tour have also been quite smallish, I think at one of the Scottish ones she ended up out the front. To be honest if you hang around somewhere you can usually work it out where there's a crowd gathering or be directed by security. If in doubt, follow someone who looks like a superfan who knows what they're doing hahaha. Oh & another thing, be prepared to wait around 40+ minutes.

Anyway meeting Marina again was absolutely lovely, I spoke to her a bit longer this time as I gave her some drawings as a present & she gave them a proper look. Also the gig was amazing, her voice is as good as ever and she has such great charisma! You won't be disappointed.

I did take some photos of the actual gig but they'll need editing & I cba as it's late.

EDIT: And how good was the music Marina chose for when you wait around in the venue?? Oops I Did It Again, Beauty School Dropout from Grease, Baby Love, Hey Baby, Hollywood (as in the Madonna song ahah) etc... I danced more to that than Meredith Sheldon

I'm debating buying tickets for her Manchester show on like the 6th of October if it's as amazing as I expect.

Something I forgot to mention before! The Tabernacle gig was professionally filmed, I think for a DVD or something like that so hopefully we can expect that soon

and on a gossipy note I think I saw Marina's new boyfriend DJ Burns there too Rick Nowels was also there but I have no idea what he looks like and so didn't spot him.

oh my gosh, I thought you had to generally be pretty huge & succesful for a DVD of your tour... That would be amazing though! I hope that's what it was for!

I am guessing the video could be used for some ultra deluxe version she plans on releasing at the end of the Electra Heart era, with videos, unreleased song etc.

I really think that Primadonna might do quite well in the States, although if they're sticking to their release dates EH might do quite badly in its first few weeks, although it can always rise up the charts later if Primadonna does well for her.
