I don't think so. there seems like there's a lot of stuff that needs to happen after recording is finished - lots of label stuff. and I don't think that generally moves very fast.

I suppose he's talking about the current moment.
And I don't think we're that far from a single release... That's because everything for the album doesn't need to be completed until the single release... Artists can release a single without necessarily finishing the recording process, besides the photoshoots for the album artwork...

we're aware - that doesn't appear to be how ke$ha is doing things. luke said that the entire album will be written before first single is chosen. I'm going to assume "written" means "recorded" because it's the end of july and we still have no news about the album or the first single.

it's going to be a long, long time.
