the colors mean nothing nowadays, since kworb is only estimated anyway. It can't say anymore if a song is increasing or not UNLESS it moves up or down.
Otherwise it's just prediction. For example here, #22 got a red update so the system assumes #23 got a bit of a negative update too otherwise it might have passed #22
