Why is Britney's "Born To Make You Happy" didn't debut on TRL?? I like its video, but I'm disappointed that it didn't debut, please tell me guys WHY!

They released From The Bottom as 4th single in US, while overseas got Born To make U Happy.

Same goes to Overprotected Remix, which only released to US, while overseas only got the Overprotected Album version.
I Love Rock n Roll also didnt release in US, while overseas got it as 4th single, and Boys as 5th single. Boys is 4th single of Britney's Britney album in US.

Yup, they're right. "Born To Make You Happy" was a dual European release I believe, while the United Sates got "From The Bottom Of My Broken Heart." Oddly enough, BTMYH had a bigger impact than FTBOMBH. - _ -
