I feel you. But part of security's job is to know when brute force is needed and when to just chill out and let the artist do what they need to do. If they were being over-protective and she already asked them to back off, then it's their own fault that they got dragged, tbh.
If the situation was different and she was being attacked, then okay. She was obviously fine though.
Either way, we don't really know the whole situation since the video starts in the middle of the ordeal.
. That was so rude; a simple "Hold on" would have sufficed. That was so bitchy
