Gaga has a show on the 5th in Germany, VMAs in LA on the 6th & a London show the 8th. It is definitely possible for her to attend.

So its possible Gaga could attend and/or perform at the VMAs as she doesn't have a date on Sept 6th.

September, second week title announcement, perfume/etc, October single first week, album second week of November.

For the mugler show, she went from the US to Paris to Canada back and fourth with one day off from the tour. The VMAs are possible
