maybe she's releasing new single in beginning of next year ,but I think it's obvious she's releasing this album in 2013.she needs to promote the damn album,she can't do it while touring.

September is too early for the single and I don't think shes going to announce the title AND release the single the same month. She will probably and will be smarter to mix announces/releases for more hype. Like Title in September and Single November/December. I really doubt the single being release earlier than November tbh. And the album in April will be perfect, or February or March. But hey, this is all guess so I hope i'm wrong cause i'm so excited!!! !
