I'm not gonna be here for yall saying it's generic when this is basically what everyone has wanted from him But i'm joking mostly, I understand what you're saying. She needs to make it unique to her so that it isn't thrown in with the rest of the dump.

Yeah, pretty much. (I'm not
personally very impressed with the Kesha snippet, since everything about it is basic except the breakdown, which is something literally any producer can do).
What I want from Zedd is some fresh and interesting production; if this includes techno breakdowns and such then so be it. I just hope she makes it more unique than the kind of music we've been seeing for the last couple of months.

Yes, but there's a chance the label might step in and stop her from putting too much of a twist on it. Idk, I kinda hope they do. Sure I love Born This Way, but she needs to remember sometimes that she's a pop singer in the 10's, she needs to have (even if it's only a little bit) a commercial sound.

I agree with you, Gaga has shown in the past she can be both simultaneously very different with her brand of music yet still very popular. I hope that it stays that way for the next era. It should, though. In fact, looking at her list of producers who are a mixture of commercial and experimental, her music next era may prove to either be a huge success or a complete mess. Hoping for the former. But I have faith she won't mess it up.

Yeah you're right. I just don't want it sounding too similiar to what other artists are putting out, still making it "Gaga", if that makes sense.

In short, this. ^
